What is data retention period?

Once a scraping job has finished running, it will automatically adhere to the Data Retention period specified for your subscription plan. After the period has passed, the scraping job will be automatically removed from your account.

We suggest using automatic data export options to ensure that all scraping jobs have been exported prior to them being automatically deleted once they reach the end of their Data Retention period.

Note, the sitemaps themselves with all of the configurations will not be affected by this and will remain within your account.
