How do I automatically export Cloud data?

Web Scraper Cloud can automatically send the complete dataset to a connected destination after each scraping job finishes.

Configure automatic Data Export

  1. Open the Data Export configuration within Web Scraper Cloud.
  2. Select the destination.
  3. Connect or synchronize the required account.
  4. Configure the destination and available export options.
  5. Save the configuration.
  6. Run a job once and confirm that the dataset arrives in the expected location.

Supported destinations

  • Google Sheets
  • Google Drive
  • Dropbox
  • Google Cloud
  • Microsoft Azure
  • Amazon S3

When is the data exported?

Automatic Data Export runs after the scraping job finishes. It does not continuously export records while the job is still running.

If you also use the Scheduler, the two features can be combined for unattended recurring scraping and delivery.

Check Parser output before relying on automatic exports

If the sitemap uses Parser rules, verify the final parsed schema first. Check column names, removed or Virtual columns, transformed values, and any required date or number formats.

See the Data export documentation for more information.
