How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

You can change your Web Scraper Cloud plan from the Subscription Manager.

Change your plan

1. Open Subscription Manager from the left sidebar, or open Account Info and click Subscription Manager.
2. Choose monthly or yearly billing.
3. Select the plan you want to switch to.
4. Confirm the change.

Upgrading

Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You are charged the prorated difference between your current plan and the new plan.

Downgrading

Plan downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your existing plan remains active until then, and the new plan is charged when the next billing cycle starts.

Before downgrading, check that the new plan provides enough page credits, parallel tasks, sitemap capacity, and any other features your current workflow requires.
