Can I get more URL credits or Concurrent scrapers?

If you need more capacity than your current Web Scraper Cloud plan provides, you can upgrade your plan or increase your account capacity.

If you need more URL credits

Upgrade to a plan with a higher URL credit allowance from the Subscription Manager.

If you need more Concurrent scrapers

Concurrent scrapers determine how many scraping tasks can run at the same time. If all available tasks are already in use, additional work waits in the queue until capacity becomes available.

This also applies to Scale accounts. Scale includes unlimited URL credits, but the number of Concurrent scrapers is still limited by the account configuration.

Increase your capacity

1. Open Subscription Manager from the left sidebar.
2. Select the available plan or capacity option that better matches your usage.
3. Confirm the change.

If the available options do not provide enough URL credits or Concurrent scrapers for your workload, contact Web Scraper Support to discuss higher-capacity options.
