Can I get more page credits or parallel tasks?

If you need more capacity than your current Web Scraper Cloud plan provides, you can upgrade your plan or increase your account capacity.

If you need more page credits

Upgrade to a plan with a higher page credit allowance from the Subscription Manager.

If you need more parallel tasks

Parallel tasks determine how many scraping tasks can run at the same time. If all available tasks are already in use, additional work waits in the queue until capacity becomes available.

This also applies to Scale accounts. Scale includes unlimited page credits, but the number of parallel tasks is still limited by the account configuration.

Increase your capacity

1. Open Subscription Manager from the left sidebar.
2. Select the available plan or capacity option that better matches your usage.
3. Confirm the change.

If the available options do not provide enough page credits or parallel tasks for your workload, contact Web Scraper Support to discuss higher-capacity options.
