Where can I find my scraped data?

Where your scraped data is stored depends on whether you ran the sitemap in the browser extension or in Web Scraper Cloud.

Data scraped with the browser extension

The browser extension stores the records from your latest local scraping job in the browser.

  1. Open the sitemap in the Advanced Sitemap Builder.
  2. Open the Scraped data view.
  3. Review the records from the latest local run.

If you want to keep the data, export it as CSV or XLSX after the job finishes.

See the Preview local scraped data documentation for more information.

Data scraped with Web Scraper Cloud

Cloud scraping jobs keep their scraped records with the scraping job.

Open the Scraping Jobs page to find your jobs. From there, you can:

  • Preview the scraped records.
  • Open a job to inspect its results and status.
  • Download the job data directly as CSV, JSON, or XLSX.

If you download data while a job is still running, the file contains only the records completed at that time.

See the Data export documentation for more download and automatic export options.

If no data is available

If the job finished but no records were returned, check the job for Failed, Empty, or No-value pages before changing your sitemap.

See the Monitor scraping jobs documentation for more information.
